Will you be the next OWee board?

Would you like to give more than 3,000 first-year students the best start to their college life and help organize Delft’s biggest student event? Then apply to join the OWee Board! The OWee Board consists of a team of 8 students from TU Delft, The Hague University of Applied Sciences, and Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Together, you’ll dedicate half a year of full-time work to organizing the OWee.

Each board member has their own role, responsibilities, and projects, but within the board, you’ll mainly be working together. You’ll choose your own role and responsibilities in consultation with your fellow board members.

From promotion to logistics, participants, and collaborations with all kinds of organizations in Delft: during your term on the board, you’ll work together toward a single goal: putting on an unforgettable OWee for thousands of new students.

The OWee Board serves on a full-time basis during Q3, Q4, and the summer.

Who are we looking for?

For the OWee Board, we are looking for students who:

  • are willing to commit to working full-time for half a year;

  • be enthusiastic and driven;

  • enjoy taking on responsibility;

  • be able to work well together;

  • enjoy learning new things and working together to achieve something great.

Experience on a board, committee, or within an organization can be helpful, but it’s certainly not a requirement. We think it’s much more important that you’re motivated and enthusiastic about the OWee.
