Mentors are indispensable during OWee. As a mentor, you’ll guide a group of new students and introduce them to all the wonderful things Delft has to offer!

What does mentoring involve?

When you and your fellow mentor register as a mentor duo, you will work together to guide an OWee group. Your group will consist of incoming students who are going to pursue the same degree program. They will likely have a lot of questions. The most important thing as a mentor is to answer their questions, guide them during the OWee, and foster social cohesion within the group.
