Mentors are indispensable during OWee. As a mentor, you’ll guide a group of new students and introduce them to all the wonderful things Delft has to offer!

What does mentoring involve?

When you and your co-mentor register as a mentor duo, you will work together to guide an OWee group. Your group will consist of incoming students who are starting the same program. They will likely have a lot of questions. As a mentor, your most important role is to answer their questions, guide them during the OWee, and foster a sense of community within the group.
